Mixed fortunes this week.
There was a good win against Burnham-on-Sea; 104-88, with one rink having an excellent win by 20 shots, a win and draw on two rinks. Everyone played very well, points were 13-7.
Yatton was very disappointing, going down by only one shot 92-93, John Davies's rink winning by ten shots which kept us in the game. H Clarke and A Vickery were the other winning rinks. We all played well, what annoys is that Yatton wasn't that much better than us.
Our league position is a bit of a mystery to me!
Winscombe and Portishead next week at home both games will be challenging.
