Unlike the over 55's April visit to Portishead, today was a fine day for bowling.
Unfortunately, we took a bit of a hammering on three rinks.
My rink were completely outbowled so we have no excuses. John Wright's rink narrowly lost, John Davies's rink narrowly won, whilst Harold Clarke's rink had a good win, so well done.
The score was 87 to 137, points 4/16, so over all a disappointing result, but well done to all who played and a special thanks to Rob Taylor for stepping in at the last minute.

Over 55's Captain
