It's that time of year again!
Forms and subscriptions need to be submitted by the 1st March 2025.
This year we have updated the way you renew your membership, or apply if you want to become a new member. Our website now has a section called Membership, which you can reach via a button on the main menu. Hover over it to see a link to the membership form.
You can read the information on the membership page: there is a link to the form at the bottom of the page, along with links to our code of conduct and etiquette pages - a good read for everyone!

You can also complete the form on your phone by going to the Spaces app.
Filling in the online form
The form is very simple. Just type in your details, then click to tick which type of subscription you want. Choose the competitions you want to enter in the same way, then sign up for the 50/50 club if you want to take part.
A bit of adding up.....
The last section asks you to add up and enter the total cost of your subscription, competitions and 50/50 club .
Finally, you need to tick the box to agree to abide by our code of conduct.
When you click Next at the bottom of the page, you will see the details needed for a bank transfer. If you need to pay by cheque, make it payable to 'Banwell Bowling Club' and it to Chris Wilson.
Guidance notes
The final section tells you all about how the money is broken down into contributions, and how it is used. There is also some information about this year's competitions.
At the bottom of the page is a Submit button. Click this to send your renewal directly into a spreadsheet for Wendy to see. She will receive a message to say you have submitted your form. The information will be exactly as you have input it.
There is an option to print the form and fill it in on paper. However, it is quicker to do it via the web page or app, saves paper and eliminates the risk of wrong information being typed into the spreadsheet by mistake. Win-win!
There will be a few paper copies of the form in the clubhouse for those who do not have access to a phone/tablet/computer/printer.
